Job Description:

Position Title: Channel Sales Manager – Direct Sales & Key Accounts

Reports to: Head of Sales & Channels – India

Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai & Delhi

Number of Positions: 4

Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience

Education: A postgraduate with Sales and Marketing Qualification

Functional Experience: Hosted Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, CRM, ERP and Linux Emailing Solution space. 

Job Summary: To Drive the Channel, Direct Sales & Key Accounts Business for Hosted Exchange, Lync, SharePoint and Linux Email Solutions, Numbers & Revenue through direct and Channels. Sales focused and Customer Relationship management at regional level with resellers/Direct Customers/Key Accounts/channel partners to do various distribution methods to promote the products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in business planning & analysis to assess Numbers potential through reseller sales channels.
  • Recruit channel/Alliance partners in line with overall national plan
  • Focusing On Direct Customers & Key Accounts in the Regions.
  • Achieve the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Business Results of the Team – Numbers /Gross Subscriber Acquisitions
  • Reseller orientation ,training and content to alternate channels
  • Measure all business metrics for Reseller channels. e.g. Hosted Exchange, Lync, SharePoint & Linux Mailing Solutions.
  • Ensuring all metrics are defined with companies, favorable Terms of Trade are clearly defined and adhered.
  • Ensuring favorable Terms of Trade for alternate channel and timely payouts
