Management Team

Dayakar Puskoor- Executive Chairman

Dayakar Puskoor is the Co-founder and Managing Partner at Naya Ventures. Apart from his role at Naya Ventures, Dayakar is Executive Chairman at Motivity Labs, GlobalOutlook and KeepTrax. He is also a Board Member at Altia Systems, SnapOne and Zoomingo. He is a Board Observer at Minetta Brook and an Advisory Board Member at Boxfish and Glympse. Previously, Dayakar owned the P&L for the Hosting & Mobility Solutions business at Microsoft. He was responsible for the incubation, development and management of new mobility solutions. He also led the $350M hosting business encompassing all product development, product management, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Microsoft, as Founder and CEO of JP Mobile, Dayakar pioneered the industry’s first mobile software solutions company. He secured $55 million in financing and successfully completed its acquisition by Good Technology, later acquired by Motorola.


Dayakar began his career with Motorola. He owned the P&L for the Paging product, including all aspects of design, development and world-wide customer support. He received the Engineering Excellence Award from management at Nippon Motorola. Dayakar is an active supporter of entrepreneurs and startups. He has been involved with the Dallas chapter of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE) since 1999 and is currently a charter member. Among other activities, he chaired the wireless/mobility SIG of TiE, and organized a wireless seminar in partnership with Nokia, TI and others. Dayakar is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and earned a master’s degree in computer science from Nova University.

Raghu Kumar – Managing Director

Raghu has more than 15 years of Mobile Industry experience and over 20 years of overall experience. He is currently Managing Director at GlobalOutlook. He was the Co-Founder and CEO of M2Junction, which was acquired by SinglePoint, Inc. Raghu’s dynamic leadership skills helped in building companies and teams over the long years which led to successful acquisitions. Earlier, Raghu was CEO for the Indian offices of JP Mobile and Good Technology and his last association was with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where he managed the mobile solutions group. He led the successful acquisition of Good Technology by Motorola and transition of teams and products.


Raghu is a graduate of Delhi University and an ex-Captain in the Indian Army. He is associated with philanthropic activities as part of both the Puskoor Trust and the PJR Foundation whichprovide clean & healthy water and schooling in rural India.

Brett Coover – Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Brett Coover is responsible for technology platforms, product strategy, and new initiatives at GlobalOutlook. His role will be to work towards providing a Shop-Front to Cloud resellers with integrated billing, invoicing, payment gateways, etc. for a minimal cost.


Brett joins GlobalOutlook from Intellys, a market leading technology Service Company providing managed services, where he was CTO, and developed a comprehensive cloud portfolio. Brett worked in various IT roles since 1993 and his experience ranges Fortune 500’s to startups, across multiple industries. He has extensive experience in financial, media, and service provider industries. Some of his previous roles included consulting and leadership, focused on improving technology infrastructures, working with companies including Disney, Gazillion Entertainment, FaxBetter, Trading Technologies, Extropy, Xerox and many other companies. His expertise includes IT architecture, network architecture, business consulting, business development, consulting practice leadership, services delivery, strategic sourcing, and building data centers.


Prabhakar Reddy – Advisor to Board

Prabhakar is a recognized business development executive, with over 20 years of diverse experience in global operations, business development, and Strategy for various organizations, including advisory roles to Fortune 500 Executives on Global Sourcing and Growth/Innovation strategies.


Prabhakar is the Global CEO of GlobalOutlook, where he provides strategic direction and financial acumen for the company’s global expansion and key partnerships. He is a firm believer of business ethics and commitment which has won GlobalOutlook a loyal and longstanding customer base.


Prior to his current roles, Prabhakar was a Managing Director at ANSR Group, a global sourcing advisory firm with operations in the US and India. Prabhakar has extensive experience in establishing operations for Fortune 500 firms in India and ANSR Group has been instrumental in the creation of over 10,000 jobs in India for their clients. Previously, Prabhakar was also involved as a partner at SunGard, where he was responsible for managing the delivery of technology and strategic business initiatives for Fortune 100 firms.


Prabhakar was one of the founding investors and CIO of Risesmart.com, an innovative Online HR company backed by prominent VC firms in the Bay Area. Prabhakar is anactive angel investor and Board Director at GlobalOutlook and Motivity Labs as well as an advisory board member at Fusion Investments and Oyokey.


Prabhakar holds a MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from Andhra University, India.

Ravi Srinivas – Advisor to Board

As an advisory board member to Naya, Ravi Srinivas brings vast experience in Digital Media (AOL), Big Data Technology (Vertica), Financial Services (Spark Capital), and Retail (Weekender).


Prior to relocating to India, Ravi headed the Program Management Office at AOL Europe in the UK, overseeing the transformation of AOL from an Internet Access Business into an Ad-supported Web-services Business. He has co-founded and built tech companies in the Analytics space. Earlier in his career, Ravi worked at Spark Capital, which had incubated a seed-stage Technology VC, ePowerN Ventures, and was India advisor to Chicago-based search fund, Blackmore Partners.


Ravi sits on the board of privately-held technology companies, and acts as an adviser to public and private corporations in India. Ravi received dual masters in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Mysore, and has been awarded Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) for his seminal work on ‘Management Best Practices in Emerging Indian Industries’.

Gowri Shankar

Gowri serves as a venture partner with Naya Ventures and focuses on investments on the West Coast. Gowri has an established track record of building and growing companies at the intersection of mobile,infrastructure and content for over twenty years. He was on the founding team at Sprint PCS and pioneered both direct and online wireless sales in the early 90′s. Most recently he served as President and CEO of SinglePoint, a mobile marketing agency focused at media companies where he pioneered the interactive TV through mobile with NBC Universal, MTV, CBS and Disney.


Gowri has significant international experience having grown companies in both Europe and India. Gowri serves on the board for Skedi, Carbon Credits International andis an advisor to ReQall, Earth 911 and Zoomingo.


Gowri holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Madras and a MBA from University of Missouri, Kansas City. He is an avid bicyclist and a NPR junkie.
