Position Title: Business Development Associate / Inside Sales

Education: MBA from a reputed institution
- Good Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- 3 to 5 Years of Experience in IT Enterprise or SME Sales of Software
- Preference to persons who have experience in O365, Azure
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Experience in Market Research/ Lead Generation and Inside Sales activity in INDIA/US regions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Work closely with Product Group and support in engaging with Key Accounts by qualifying prospects and drive new opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and should be a good team player.
- Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Understanding of Account Management, Inside Sales activities, lead generation and cold calling.
