Position Title: Business Development Associate / Inside Sales

Experience: 3-5 Years

Skills: IT Enterprise Sales, Cloud Technologies, O365, Azure

Education: MBA from a reputed institution


  • Good Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • 3 to 5 Years of Experience in IT Enterprise or SME Sales of Software
  • Preference to persons who have experience in O365, Azure
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Experience in Market Research/ Lead Generation and Inside Sales activity in INDIA/US regions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Work closely with Product Group and support in engaging with Key Accounts by qualifying prospects and drive new opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and should be a good team player.
  • Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Understanding of Account Management, Inside Sales activities, lead generation and cold calling.
