Job Description:
Position Title: Cloud Support Engineer
Locations: Hyderabad, Telangana
Experience: 2+ years’
Relevant Experience: 1 year’
Summary
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting M365 Suite (Outlook/One Drive/SharePoint/Teams). (Earlier termed as O365)
- Well-versed with M365 issue troubleshooting and provide solutions.
- Email Migrations – On-Prem, IMAP, 3rd party tools, and Cutover migrations.
- Provide L2 and L3 support to clients
- Provide guidance to the current team on L1 issues
- Knowledge of below M365 security will be an added advantage
- Intune
- Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS)
- Data Loss Protection (DLP)
- Advanced Threat Protection
- Azure Active directory federation
- Microsoft Azure
- DNS management
- Maintain a knowledge base and update as per the requirement
- Involve in technical discussions with internal and clients
- Conduct internal and external client technical training as per requirements
- Creating service/Issue relevant documents, SOP’s
- Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Relentless client-focus, and ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work autonomously and with other members of the technical and operations teams.
- Zeal to learn new cloud technologies pertaining to Azure cloud
- Provide technical consultation and knowledge transfer with Technical Support
