Job Description:

Position Title: Cloud Support Engineer

Locations: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: 2+ years’

Relevant Experience: 1 year’

Summary

  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting M365 Suite (Outlook/One Drive/SharePoint/Teams). (Earlier termed as O365)
  • Well-versed with M365 issue troubleshooting and provide solutions.
  • Email Migrations – On-Prem, IMAP, 3rd party tools, and Cutover migrations.
  • Provide L2 and L3 support to clients
  • Provide guidance to the current team on L1 issues
  • Knowledge of below M365 security will be an added advantage
    • Intune
    • Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS)
    • Data Loss Protection (DLP)
    • Advanced Threat Protection
    • Azure Active directory federation
    • Microsoft Azure
  • DNS management
  • Maintain a knowledge base and update as per the requirement
  • Involve in technical discussions with internal and clients
  • Conduct internal and external client technical training as per requirements
  • Creating service/Issue relevant documents, SOP’s
  • Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Relentless client-focus, and ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with other members of the technical and operations teams.
  • Zeal to learn new cloud technologies pertaining to Azure cloud
  • Provide technical consultation and knowledge transfer with Technical Support

  • A thorough understanding and the ability to set the long-term direction of the team.
  • An ability to balance and plan the short-term actions of the team.
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practices for support management.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders.
  • A complete understanding of the organization’s business.
  • The ability to manage time effectively while setting the tone of the team through modelling and leadership.
